Hi, I had a DST technique done over 8 years ago and just recently
one of my double eyelids came undone. I would like to under go surgery to
get my double eyelid back. What do you recommend under going DST again ? Or getting
a full incisional? I was 16 at the time and now I am 24 years old. Thank you, I hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for your interest in REAL clinic. Non-Incision method is just putting thread on your upper eyelids to make the fold. If you do not have heavy upper eyelids and you just want to have bigger eyes and make one fine line then Revision of Non-incisinal surgery would be enough.
The cost for Revision of Non-incisinal surgery is about $1,500 USD-Both side .($1,000 USD-one side)

I am looking for procedure recommendations + cost for nose surgery. I have a deviated septum, as well as thick nose skin and a wide base. I am looking to improve both function (currently I can only breathe on one side of nose) and aesthetics of nose. Ideally I would like surgery in October.
Attached are photos of the nose, and CT scans.
Previously (in June 2015) I had maxillomandibular advancement surgery (both upper and lower jaws were moved forward by 6mm). I am now recovered, the jaw bone has now healed, and swelling has disappeared.

We recommend you have Turbinoplasty and Ceptoplasty with ENT doctor first.
However,it may recur despite after having thease procedure.

Based on the picture you have posted we would like to recommend the Double eyelids surgery with Non-Incision method(Fat removal) or Full-Incision method.It is safe you have double eyelid surgery even if you are younger than 16 :)
The cost for the non-incision method is about $ 15,000 USD and there is additional 10% tax $ 2,000 USD for Full- Incision method. Hello,
I would like to achieve more of a "baby face" look. I would also like a feminine nose, since mine is rather bulbous. My forehead is masculine, and very flat. I want more of a v-line face shape and also reduce the protruded lip I have as well. My cheekbones make my face look longer than what it should be (which is very bothersome). Overall my goal is to look sweeter, feminine, and have the "baby face" effect. (not the cave mannish look I suffer with)! I'm not too sure on what should be done to my face so I need your help! PS. I do want a drastic change from how I look now.

Dear paulina, First we sincerely apologize for the late reply.Based on the picture we would like to suggest you have protruding mouth correction and Rhino plasty.The estimate costs are about $ 12,000 USD for protruding mouth correction and $5,000 USD for nose surgery,but the cost might vary depends on the cases.And, for the bone surgery you need to take x-ray and face to face consultation is necessary.
