Dear Stephanie,
There are two methods to do the double eyelids surgery. One is Non-Incision method and the other is Full-Incision method. By Full Incision method we could remove the excessive skin and fat on your upper eyelids. Non-Incision method is just putting thread on your upper eyelids to make the fold.
V-line surgery; we could do thread lifting or mini face lift or square saw surgery. We would need to have face to face consultation for more information and the suitable surgeries to suggest.

It is difficult to tell based on the picture you have posted.
Please provide us the profile picture which is taken from sideway(90 degree angle).
We use Silicone or Goretex implant for the bridge of the nose and ear cartilage for the tip augmentation.

Yes, you do have an appointment for a consultation with Dr.Kim on the 26th of December. when you guys come I will have consultation with you guys first before haveing the consultation with the doctor. There might be a bit of waiting time to see the doctor for a consultation.
